E U R O S F O R D O L L A R S IMMEDIATE EXCHANGE (FOR A LIMITED PERIOD ONLY) CONVERT UNITED STATES DOLLARS TO EUROS SUBSTANTIAL SUMS AT A DISCOUNT TO MARKET RATE The exchange of the Dollars for Euros will be set up as a direct, bank-to-bank, simultaneous transfer. The Dollars must be in a reputable bank with international status within a properly regulated jurisdiction, ideally London or New York. The Euros will be remitted from a bank within the European Community.
Outline Terms and Conditions:
Maximum Transaction:	Over 750,000,000 Euros available for immediate exchange.
Minimum Transaction:	Not less than US$500,000.
Timing of Exchange:	Simultaneously between banks. Scheduled if required.
Rate:	Negotiated discount to market rate at the moment of exchange.
Arrangement Fees:	None.
Documentation:	A simple agreement as to the rate and timing.
Introducer Commissions:	To be agreed.
Protocol:	(a) The Beneficial Owner of the USD to provide prima facie evidence of such. (b) A short agreement as to timing and exchange rate is executed. (c) currencies exchanged simultaneously through the respective parties' banks.
Cash:	Cash can be accommodated subject to a full investigation as to its source and history. The Euros will only be provided by way of certified, bank cheques or wire transfers to named payees with pre-existing bank accounts at reputable banks. No exceptions.
